We abide by the Membership and Enrollment Code of the San Carlos Apache Tribe. Membership criteria is detailed in the San Carlos Apache Tribe Amended Constitution and Bylaws, Article III, Sections 1A, B and C.

At the heart of our community, the Tribal Enrollment Department stands as a dedicated program committed to supporting the San Carlos Apache Tribe. Our mission is to meticulously compile and document Tribal Rolls, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of enrollment data. Serving as the cornerstone for the distribution of judgment funds and other Tribal resources, we also provide vital administrative support.
Our services extend beyond mere documentation; we offer statistical information to tribal members, departments, programs, and agencies. Our office, designed to be handicap accessible with accommodations provided, offers a range of essential services, including issuing Certificates of Indian Blood (CIB), Tribal IDs for adults and minors, completion of BIA Form 4432 for Indian Preference, Eagle Permit Application Forms, and more.
We take pride in our commitment to transparency and accessibility, conducting monthly Enrollment Committee Meetings to address the evolving needs of our community.
