Welcome to the San Carlos Apache Tribe’s Enrollment Process, a significant journey that connects individuals to the rich tapestry of our tribal heritage. Our Tribal Enrollment Department is dedicated to facilitating this process with transparency and efficiency. To become an enrolled member of the San Carlos Apache Tribe, certain documents are required to ensure accuracy and compliance with our Enrollment Code. Learn more by clicking here

We are open Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm and closed most federal holidays.

Based on the San Carlos Apache Tribe’s Membership and Enrollment Code, Section 500, D. 2. – A certified copy or original of the Applicant’s state-issued birth certificate showing the birth mother.  The Code also gives additional language should the mother not be an enrolled member of the tribe and requires the father’s blood quantum for the applicant’s eligibility for enrollment.
