In Loving Memory of
Josephine Williams

The San Carlos Apache Enrollment Department and Committee extends its heartfelt condolences to the family, friends, and loved ones of Josephine Williams, a dedicated member of the Enrollment Committee representing the Peridot District.
Josephine faithfully served on the Enrollment Committee since 2017, carrying out the important and sacred responsibility of protecting and preserving the membership of the San Carlos Apache Tribe. Her commitment, wisdom, and service reflected her deep love for her people and community. Most recently, she was approved to serve another four-year term, a testament to the trust and confidence placed in her by the community she proudly represented.
In addition to her service on the Enrollment Committee, Josephine devoted her life to educating and uplifting others. As a teacher at East Fork Lutheran School in Whiteriver and Peridot Lutheran School, she touched countless lives through her wisdom, compassion, and unwavering commitment to future generations.
We are grateful for her years of service, leadership, and devotion to both her community and her Creator. While we mourn her passing, we take comfort in knowing that her work here is complete and that our Heavenly Father has called her home to rest in His eternal peace.
Her contributions will not be forgotten, and her legacy will continue to guide the important work of enrollment and the lives of those she touched.
We take comfort in knowing she is now reunited in heaven with her husband, who recently passed away. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family and all who knew and loved her.
“Well done, good and faithful servant.” Matthew 25:23
