Tribal Identification Cards

The San Carlos Apache Tribe Enrollment Department proudly extends its service in providing Tribal Identification cards. These cards serve as official registrations, acknowledging individuals as members of the tribe in accordance with tribal constitutions or governing documents. Membership requirements may vary across tribes, and possessing a Tribal Identification card is often a prerequisite for accessing the diverse benefits offered by tribal programs. Important Notice:

Please be aware that we do not process Tribal Identification cards on the third Thursday of each month from 9 AM until the conclusion of our monthly committee meeting (times may vary). We kindly ask you to plan accordingly.
